[Athen] [EXT] Re: Respondus

This helps a ton!! Unfortunately the powers that be tend to buy software
and go by the companies stated "Accessibility Report" when we all know that
doesn't necessarily mean it is functionally accessible sigh ... helps to
know what we may come across as students start to use this.
