[Athen] JAWS and NVDA training help

Also, just like when you are using quick keys such as H to jump between
headings, you have to have Browse mode turned on by pressing insert+space.
When you hear the low pitched sound you will know you're in browse mode.
The elements list will not work unless you're in browse mode.
