[Athen] professors and consequences.

Does anybody know of any legal cases that show how professors themselves are held responsible for their discriminatory behavior.  I need to use one or two as examples in hopes to get through to professors who don’t believe there are any consequences to their actions.  Thanks for any help.  😊
