[Athen] Accessible software for infographics

Hi all,

Is anyone familiar with Piktochart? This software creates infographics, fliers, etc., but it does not export tags to PDF. You have to create new tags in PDF. I know that MS Publisher, Word, and InDesign export accessible tags to PDF.  Do you know of any "accessible" software out there that does infographics and exports tags to PDF?

Any information is much appreciated!
