Hi Sheryl,

We actually just developed and released a micro-course on PDF workflow
strategies for alternate media specialists. It is designed to be an
introductory course for those who are just getting started in the field, so
it may not have all the details the person is seeking, but may be something
to check out. There are some demo videos of using Abbyy Finereader as part
of the course.

It is a free, self-paced course we host in our Canvas instance (so the
person may need to create a Canvas account). Here is the URL to the course
page:
https://catalog.onlinenetworkofeducators.org/browse/accessibility/courses/pdf-workflow-strategies

(we have more in the development pipeline, but this is a start)

Take care,
Sean
