[Athen] Accessible course syllabi template?

Hi everyone,

Is anyone using an accessible course syllabi template they'd be willing to share with us so we could modify it for our own use. We have instructors who create their syllabi using the tab key in place of tables, and this makes for a not very accessible syllabus.

Thanks for any help or ideas.
