[Athen] Accessible flow chart tools

Hi all,

Wondering if any of you might have suggestions of an accessible
organizational chart, flow chart and or mind-mapping tool(s).

My initial thoughts were Excel or Sheets and maybe something like Coogle (
https://coggle.it/) and wonder if anyone has other suggestions.
