[Athen] Zoom Auto speech recognition

Hi all -

We have Otter integrated with Zoom here at the University of Minnesota -
it's a beta that we got in on before COVID hit. It's been terrific,
although it's not available in breakout rooms.

Word is (I think), Zoom put the brakes on making Otter widely available
when COVID hit and they shifted resources to address the security SNAFUs.
Not sure what Zoom's new timeline for Otter integration is but it's coming.
(I have no idea what cost structure might look like...)
