[Athen] CSUN & Coronavirus

I think it's safe to say a majority of sessions have been cancelled at this
point. Sadly, Sheryl, Hadi, Tami, and I from the University of Washington
have joined those who won't be attending, so between us that's 6 more
sessions cancelled.

There's talk of organizing a virtual conference for a later date with many
of the same presentations, independently of CSUN, and presumably free for
all. And Deque for one is offering all of their sessions virtually:

I think there are other major vendors doing the same thing.
