[Athen] Navigating with screen reader

There is no one perfect, or write answer.

If I have the time, I would start with using the down arrow and
exploring the page, if not, headings, if not the down arrow. They are
more common than landmarks. It depends on how familiar you are with
the page or what you want to do.
