Any opinions or facts on Panopto’s abilities to handle audio descriptions? Both standard and enhanced AD?

If you’re looking to use the player, uploading videos, or using the management platform, it’s very accessible. Their desktop lecture capture app is not. They were supposed to be releasing a web based version of the lecture capture application and it’s been a long time Sense I’ve looked for it. Using the player with a screen reader is wonderful and the options are great. The only problem is if you’re doing lecture capture as a professor or student who needs to record the project. We’ve had to work out alternatives in those situations.

I was asked about the Panopto video platform, but I don’t know how accessible it is. I evaluated their website, and it is not accessible. So this makes it possible that their video platform could not be accessible. Their VPAT and literature make strong claims about the accessibility of the video quiz:
Please share if you have experienced or know anything about their video platform.
