Take a look at Ava. They have ASR applications that will work on mobile devices and also desktops. They also have the availability of live transcriptionists for an up charge. It’s something that I was looking at to supplement services that we provide and not for replacing traditional cart services.

If you’re looking at getting other campus partners on board it can do speech recognition and language translation which could be helpful to incoming international students while getting adjusted.
