Hello,
I am not sure if you are looking for assistive technology, or adaptive devices? But our program was redesigned back in 2013 from a universal design perspective and I was involved. I provided feedback to have at least one station wheelchair accessible, Stoves, with knobs on the front and not the back of the stove (not to reach over the heat to turn on and off) and ideas similar to this, specialized lighting, removable shelves and removable cutting areas, and specialized one handed devices for the kitchen, as examples. Are these the things you are considering? Or are you looking for Assistive Technology?
