[Athen] UAB Navigate Accessibility and Privacy concerns

I am wondering if anyone has done any accessibility analysis on UAB Navigate. Our campus is currently using for many student services and I have encountered areas where keyboard access does not work. Camus would also like to move our DSS to Navigate, but I have major concerns regarding confidentiality and FERPA rights being violated by students being put into "Care Units" that would indicate they have a disability: these "Care Units" can be seen by anyone with Super User status.  UAB Navigate teams acknowledges they are not HIPPAA compliant.

Does anyone have experience with this software?
