Hi Russell,
I believe you have to white list the AT, however Proctorio has been tested with AT screenreaders and with Kurzweil 3000. CU Anschutz is currently using this product.
Here is some info our local AT group gathered.

Cath

* However, they are certified by Deque, which is encouraging. They state specific accessibility issues they're currently working on.
* Cost is high

Hi everyone,

Our institution is planning on using Proctorio for exam supervision in exceptional circumstances.

I would appreciate any feedback anyone can offer on the accessibility of Proctorio, both from the instructor point of view and from the student point of view. Is it easy to use with a screen reader? With any other assistive technology?

Thanks so much,

Russell
