[Athen] Dictation in ExamSoft?

We had a student facing the same issue, and we were told by ExamSoft that
the system would have to be put into unrestricted mode for Dragon to work.
Not sure about other solutions, but I would imagine the answer would be the
same. In this case, you might need an in-person or Zoom-based proctor.
