Just as a follow up, here is an app I found when I did a little Googling. Has anybody used this app? It sounds promising.

Subject: [Athen] Reading app for Android

Hello all,

I have a student with Dyslexia who needs to be able to read books on his Android phone. He needs TTS for sure and would like to have highlighting if possible. Do you have any recommendations for this?

Thanks.
