[Athen] Respondus Lockdown browser

Hi,
If anybody is using the Respondus Lockdown browser,
do you have any luck getting a screen reader to work with it?
It does not work with Windows Narrator or NVDA.
(The arrow keys do not work with Narrator.  It does not work
to highlight a section or sentence to read.  You can mouse
over a question with NVDA and it will read the question, but it won't read
the answers in a multiple choice question.  Very sporadic
at best.)

They claim on their website that those work with it.
