[Athen] Referencing software and screen readers

Hi!

Does anyone have any recommendations or feedback for referencing software that works well with Screen Readers? Or any guides on using referencing software with Jaws?

By referencing software I mean software that can help keep track of the references you make when writing essays, or doing research. Tools such as EndNote or Mendeley.
