I assume that “bairyor” is meant to be barrier.
Do you have some sort of bot detection element that is accessible on the reporting form that does something like: “What is the sum of 2 + 5?” or “What is the third month of the year?”
I’ve seen that used as a better alternative to captcha bot detectors.
Perhaps something like that would minimize spam and weed those out leaving only legitimate messages about barriers.
