[Athen] any info on blogger.com

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows if blogger.com is accessible.  I know it is a google product, so it probably is accessible, but a co-worker from our online learning dept said that he cannot find any built-in accessibility checker to test out the blogs.  Just wondering if anyone has any input.
