Hi Ione,

Yes, there is a package of music notation software compatible with JAWS.
Lime Music Editor (free) and Lime Aloud with Dancing Dots (used to create
brailled music) work with JAWS.

Check out the link:
https://www.rnib.org.uk/sites/default/files/Access_to_music_notation.docx#:~:text=Lime%20Music%20Editor%20is%20a,scripts%20produced%20by%20Dancing%20Dots.&text=LimeAloud%20is%20only%20compatible%20with%20the%20JAWS%20screen%20reader
.

And include checking out Goodfeel software from Dancing Dots which imports
music ML files from Finale and Sibelius:

https://www.dancingdots.com/main/goodfeel.htm

This is a start, in any case. I’m sure there are others on the list who can
refine these recommendations.

Hope this is helpful in getting you started.
