[Athen] [EXT] Question about headings

I’m talking about content that is not HTML, could be PDF, Word, PowerPoint where the slide titles convert to headings in PDF. Not HTML.

Are you talking strictly about PDF?  This discussion seems to jump back and forth between HTML and PDF and the advice for different technologies might be different.

For HTML, headings in the footer is absolutely a fantastic thing to have.
