[Athen] Increasing size of ribbon menu and dialogue boxes

Hello all!

I was hoping to pick your brains about a question!  I'm working with an individual with low vision who uses a Windows 10 computer and uses common programs such as Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Chrome. She does not prefer to use the Windows magnifier or ZoomText because it makes her dizzy.  Ideally, she would like to enlarge the text/icon size in all applications and windows.  We have been playing around with the Windows Ease of Access Center settings to change the text size and size of apps, but we noticed that the text in areas such as the ribbon menu and dialogue boxes does not always increase. Do you have tips on how to adjust those settings?
