The other side of VPAT is that when we create a contract with a provider who has accessibility shortcomings listed in their VPAT, we (our colleges and universities) are assuming the risk unless the contract specifically says otherwise. Mary Lou Mobley brought this up last year at AHG's OCR Year in Review last fall.
