[Athen] Centralized storage for VPAT and other information at your schools

Hello all,

For those of you at your institutions playing a part in requesting/reviewing VPAT/ACR documentation, meeting with vendors etc. during IT Procurement process, I have a question for you.

Do you have an identified location and process for centrally storing documentation submitted by vendors along with your notes? If so, what does this workflow look like for you? Who has access to this information besides your teams?
