Howdy all!

Our office deployed LanSchool Classic (https://www.lanschool.com/) to have a more seamless, flexible system for managing web and application access on the computers used in our Testing Center.

I'm curious if others have worked with this product? We're experiencing some unanticipated issues with our use case and we're exploring whether or not these are isolated issues - or if other units are seeing the same. Most notably, the web limiting feature of LanSchool does not seem to persist / intermittently and unexpectedly disabled's, restoring access to web traffic for the user. It also seems that, when an admin (or a user managing settings through the teacher client) enables a feature on a student machine, only that admin can disable the setting (which causes concern with the sustainability of this solution across a large organization like ours). I can spell out specifics if you use this product, but am hoping this gives enough info to know whether or not your context aligns with ours.

On a semi-related note: I'm curious if your office uses a similar product to manage web and application access on testing center computers - and if so, which solution you use?

Grateful for y'all!

Thanks,
J
