Oh… yeah. That’s hard. When I coordinated an alt format request service for a library, we had a lot of people requesting despite not being eligible for print accommodation.

I’m not well aware of jerk filtering. Anonymity makes that really hard.

sadly its not bot spam its reely people filling in the form for no access related problems. for example today i got some one filling in the form say they were bored sadly
