I would say no. Do you have a service provider in mind already? Some providers use their own proprietary browser-based delivery mechanism (i.e., student opens a browser and logs in to view the CART output) or they can use an API token from Zoom, for example, and the captions will show up directly in Zoom. Perhaps others have had a different experience but I don’t think there is anything you’d need to install for them in advance.
