[Athen] Remote Cart in person class and zoom to access audio

This is the first quarter we have needed to use remote cart.
We have a service, but are having issues with getting clear audio to the captioner.
We currently have a laptop running a zoom meeting and are using an OWL type camera and microphone.
This doesn't work very well with in person class session as it doesn't pick up the audio of student comments and questions.
Do you have any suggestions for microphones, either lapel and or handheld that will work with a laptop? Or other options that have worked for you?
Any other helpful suggestions for how to navigate this more efficiently than what we've been experiencing, would be welcomed!"
