Thank you so much for helping me find this book! I've ordered a copy from eBay but have kept the other suggestions in case eBay doesn't work out.

Hi Karen,

If you can't find one on the lists, I can ask librarians I know across north america. They often weed out old tech books, and this might be one of them (not sure, but it is worth a shot). Message me off list if you want me to try this angle for you.
