[Athen] Anyone have this in alt format?

Hi everyone,

I'm just wondering if anyone has the following title in an electronic format (PDF or Word)? It is self-published by the author, and, the author is not cooperating with us at all, to say the least. We contacted him last fall for the same title, and he responded saying he had to contact his IP attorney, and we never heard back, despite following up several times. Now he tells us that the title we are requesting is discontinued and no longer available. Of course, he has a new edition out, and he says he might b able to provide a PDF of that, but our bookstore has the original title in stock, and that is the edition being used for the fall term. When I told him this, he responded by saying that he is going to follow up with the instructor. So frustrating. Has anyone scanned this title already? If not, that will be our next step.
