Try adding another step to this process and see if/how it works: Following
George's e-pub to XHTM, which you report as read sufficiently well by JAWS
and NVDA but not in R&W, take the XHTML file and SAVE AS PDF. R&W reads PDF
files OK. Not sure if any extra revisions might be necessary, but this
extra SAVE AS PDF step might be enough to produce a file that R&W can read
well enough for your purposes.Let us know if this works.
