[Athen] [EXT] Fusion and PowerPoint question

I generally put it into slide show mode and read each slide, then advance using the spacebar.

Another alternative is to save the PPT as a PDF. Each slide will be on a separate page. Of course, you do need to make sure the settings are correct in PowerPoint to make this accessible. Do not use the print to PDF option as it will not be accessible. Use the save as option and change the file type to PDF.

Let me know if you need more details on this.

Good morning!

I am working with an individual who is using Fusion, who tends to use more of the JAWS features and hotkeys. They would like to know if there is a way to have Fusion read aloud straight through all the content in a PowerPoint slide (assuming it is an accessible PPT). Do you have any suggestions on how to do this?

Thank you, all!

Shannon
