[Athen] Braille/Tactile Graphic files for Physics Textbook

Hi Ramya,
We can produce tactile graphics for you but we use swell paper and create raised line/texture graphics rather than embossed graphics. Our students preferred this graphic method over embossed graphics. You can find more information on our website https://www.cwu.edu/student-life/student-support/central-access/

In order to create a free cost and timeline estimate for you, I just need to be able to see all the graphics needed. Do you have a PDF copy of this book?

Hello!

One of my student's is in need of an embossed braille version of the following Physics textbook:


  *   How Things Work: The Physics of Everyday Life (Sixth Edition)
Author: Louis A. Bloomfield
ISBN-13: 9781119188544
Publisher: John Wiley & Sons, Incorporated
I would appreciate if anyone could let me know if they have an electronic braille file for the textbook or the tactile graphics for the diagrams in the book that can be embossed. The student already has a digital version from Bookshare.

I would also appreciate if anyone could recommend competent tactile graphic producers with a quick turn-around.
