Pearson has it's own web request form<https://secure.pearson.com/content/drs/drsform> or email Alternate.Textbooks at pearsoned.com. Not sure if this is new as I used to request Pearson books through ATN. If it is foreign publications, the form/contact is different.

My request for Global Permissions took 2 days which included signing an Adobe permission form.

I’m already working on student requests for summer, and I thought I’d share what I’m seeing with a couple of publishers who were ATN members.

I ordered two books from Taylor & Francis, received files in 24 hours.

I ordered three books from Sage, received them in three business days.

So, slower, but not awful.  Anyone else want to share their experiences so far with requesting books from ATN publishers?
