[Athen] Assistive Tech for Boox Palma E-Ink Device

It's an android device, so it comes with TalkBack installed. I've had some
success with Moon+ Reader Pro

with students needing a read aloud solution for just books and articles. I
used to suggest Legere Reader (the descendant of VoiceDream Reader for
android) but the quality has gone downhill, sadly.  It looks like they're
running a sale for 5$US right now on it.
