[Athen] JAWS keyboard command for reading sentences

Hi Karen,

They were changed.

Alt+Up/Down arrows do a lot of interacting with combo boxes in particular
and therefore are not a good choice.

In desktop layout they appear to be:

Alt+NumPadMinus=SayPriorSentence

Alt+NumPadPlus=SayNextSentence

IN laptop layout they are JAWSKey+y and n.

Also remember that you can use the Command Search tool found in the
JAWSKey+F2 dialog to look up stuff. There a lot of commands, hard to
remember them all especially when they move them.

Hth.

Subject: [Athen] JAWS keyboard command for reading sentences

Morning!

I've been frustrated by this for a long time and figured it was time to ask
for help! LOL

JAWS used to have keyboard commands for reading sentence by sentence.

Alt + NumPad 5 with the NumLock turned off still seems to work but the
keyboard commands for moving to and reading the next sentence or previous
sentence are either missing or have changed.

They used to be Alt + Up Arrow or Alt + Down Arrow respectively.

Did we lose this ability or have the keyboard commands changed? As someone
who writes and edits content, not being able to move sentence by sentence is
frustrating.

I'm using the current/up to date version of JAWS.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers, Karen
