[Athen] Creating accessible math with MathKicker

MathKicker works great for Word documents but I don’t know what they’re doing with the HTML conversions. They’re tagging the equations with SVG tags and leaving out titles.

Tested on Mac and VoiceOver.

This came up in my math discussions over the last few weeks on this list, and I’ll be doing some testing to see how well it works.  There are some others who have used it and have found some issues, but so far, it looks worth using.
