[Athen] Creating accessible math with MathKicker

I haven't had a chance to play with it yet, but it adds unnecessary code, like DIVS surrounding SVGs, and as we know, this breaks the accessibility, but the Word document can still be ready by a screen reader.  It's not a perfect solution, but nothing is, but I'm still going to look at it and see if it's usable in our process.
