As a screen reader user I find this really useful for describing social media photos, etc, but would just caution that because it relies on a couple of LLMs to determine what is in the image, it is not suitable for situations where you need to have a really high level of confidence in the accuracy of the description.
So, for example, I would not suggest students use it in the educational setting and professionals shouldn’t rely on it alone in their professional work.
