Hi Jeff,

The add-on tools for Microsoft Word toolbar include the different writing
styles – APA, Chicago, MLA etc.  If the newest version of APA is version 7,
here is a link that another graduate student came up with in order to
follow the APA version 7 guidelines.

Hope this is helpful.

I know that doing a grammar check & a style check within Microsoft Word can
pick up errors in the APA (or other writing) style consistency..  It will
pick up inconsistencies in citation formatting.
