[Athen] Important: Needing Access to a Book

Consider having either your office purchase the book, have the spine cut,
scan it, and run an alt text conversion in your office or scan it to an
electronic format and send it out to an outside vendor. Or have your
student provide you with their copy of the book. Same process for either
method, rebind the book with comb binding and return to bookstore or
student.

When making a request for a book in electronic format, suggest you specify
what format you/your student need: MSW docx, pdf, rtf, etc.

Definitely not the advice you asked for, but perhaps it will help.
