[Athen] Question Regarding accessibility of conference registration for PWD

Hi all,

We appreciate any information you can provide!

What suggestions regarding accessibility Dropbox options choices for
conference planning beyond audio, visual, mobile, and other would be useful
in the registration process?

Should conference planners include disability in their diversity data? If
yes, How and where in the registration process should they ask those
questions in the registration process? Or should they reserve those
questions for members only?

What are the most important questions for registration that would imply
inclusion of people with disabilities?

What are the best resources you know of for conference accessibility and
inclusion of people with disabilities?

Any other suggestions for planning conference inclusion?
