Did you whitelist the AT? While this does not guarantee the AT will work, at least it gives it a chance. Avoid the one question at a time option as well since it seems to cause AT issues also.
Respondus does have a ticketing system too.

For Fusion, it will depend upon how the product is licensed... if it is a portal license you can just list the portal site, https://portal.freedomscientific.com/

We are having accessibility challenges regarding Canvas New Quizzes used in conjunction with Respondus Lockdown Browser and Kurzweil (and Read/Write, and Fusion). I tried to contact an accessibility office in Colorado who seemed to have some experience with this, but they won't entertain questions from outside the campus. So, I'm turning to the list.
