[Athen] Publisher request denied for used copy purchase

Hello

We have also encountered a couple publishers who only provide e-texts when a student purchases a new copy. There's not a lot you can do in these situations. However, it might be helpful to rely on state or federal law. For example, California Education Code 67302 mandates that publishing companies provide students with electronic formats of textbooks but does not specify that the textbook needs to be newly purchased. You could make this argument to the publisher.

Subject: [Athen] Publisher request denied for used copy purchase

Hello!

Anyone have experience with publishers denying accessible materials request because the student purchased a used book and their ADA policy covers only new purchases?

Title: California Wills and Trusts: Cases, Statutes, Problems, and Materials
Authors: Peter Wendel and Robert Popovich
ISBN: 978-1611636741

I would also appreciate if anyone can share the following book from their repository
