[Athen] Publisher request denied for used copy purchase

Let me guess...one of the law book publishers... (West, Founations, Aspen, Carolina Press).

They can insist on a receipt for a new copy.  It is annoying, and these are the ONLY publishers I know of that are requiring it.  It's all about the $$...

Anyone have experience with publishers denying accessible materials request because the student purchased a used book and their ADA policy covers only new purchases?
