There are two main problems with iTunes and accessibility - the application and the media. The iTunes application on Windows is fairly inaccessible, especially for screen reader users. The Mac version is getting more accessible with Apple's VoiceOver.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>The media is also inaccessible for many types of disabilities because neither the audio nor video files are captioned within iTunes.
