The light on the Start button refuses to come on.<BR>The only time it is lit is when we press the Count Only button. Then<BR>when we press start, the feeder tray goes up and down, and up and<BR>down, and up and down, and up and down....until we can depress the<BR>Count Only button again to stop it.
