(not to be confused with Adobe Acrobat, although why this company chose Acrobat
when Adobe has almost always been known as that Acrobat company I’ll
never know…). Both V.I. students and employees enjoy either the Flipper
or Acrobat but the Acrobat LCD seems to be gaining popularity because of the
greater flexibility. There are a couple of different versions of the Acrobat.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

another matter, I’m looking for a device that would be used in the
classroom by a low vision user to view the blackboard, powerpoint, etc. I
thought there was a device with a “beta” in the title which looked
like a portable camcorder. It could also be connected to a laptop. Perhaps it
no longer exists. I found the ClearNote and PCMate which seem to work similarly.
Anyone have experience with these devices?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
